Mr. Tim Thornton, Founder/Strategic Advisor
Mr. Thornton has forty years of technical, management, and marketing experience supporting government and industry customers. His experience has ranged from advisory services, system development, commercial products, and international programs. He founded nLogic and served as Chief Executive Officer & President. Earlier, he founded Torch Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torch Technologies, and served as President. Prior, he was a Vice President and Member of Board of Directors for Davidson Technologies. His previous positions include Director of Advanced Technologies for System Studies and Simulation, Division Manager of Advanced Technologies for Coleman Research Corporation, and a Research Technician (Co-op) for Georgia Tech Research Institute. He has served on several Boards of Directors including Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce; Better Business Bureau (BBB); Huntsville Association of Small Businesses in Advanced Technology (HASBAT); Army Space and Missile Defense Association (ASMDA); Character Foundation of North Alabama (CFNA); Cyber Huntsville Advisory Council; University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) Research & Technology Corporation; UAH Foundation; and Huntsville Hospital Foundation (HHF). He is a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Class 29. He is recipient of the Russell G. Brown Executive Leadership Award from the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. He received the Small Business Administration (SBA) Alabama District Director’s Award. He was recognized as HASBAT Professional of the Year and National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Professional of the Year. He was recognized with the UAH Alumni of Achievement Award from the College of Engineering. He was selected as a College of Business Administration Fellow by the UAH. He serves on the UAH College of Business Dean’s External Advisory Board and College of Engineering Dean’s Engineering Advisory Board. He earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering both from The University of Alabama in Huntsville with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Mr. Kevin Langjahr, CEO/President
Mr. Langjahr has over twenty-six years of Leadership, Program Management, and Business Development experience supporting Government and Industry customers. His technical experience includes systems engineering, test & evaluation, systems integration, and systems analysis of missile defense weapons systems. Kevin is currently Chief Executive Officer/President and member of Board of Directors at nLogic, a Huntsville-based provider of Engineering, Software, and Cybersecurity to defense and commercial customers. Kevin is a co-founder of nLogic having been employed since company inception in 2019. Before being promoted to CEO/President, Kevin was nLogic’s President and Director of Missile Defense Weapon Programs. Kevin previously held roles as a Program Director at Torch Systems and Program Manager at Davidson Technologies.
Kevin was nominated for the Missile Defense Agency Contractor Employee of the Year in 2014 and was recognized with the Project Management Institute-North Alabama Chapter (PMI-NAC) Leadership Award in 2015. Kevin is an active member of the NDIA Space & Missile Defense Working Group (SMDWG), local chapters of the Association of the US Army (AUSA) and Space Force Association (SFA), and many other local organizations supporting the growth and development of the Huntsville community.
Kevin received his MS in Management Information Systems (MSMIS) from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) and BS in Computer Science from Jacksonville State University (JSU). He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Executive/Organizational Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University.
Mr. Joe Paschall Sr., Chief Operating Officer, PgMP, PMP
Joe Paschall has over thirty-five years of experience in Enterprise Leadership, Program Management and Business Development. Joe is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for nLogic, a provider of Systems Engineering, Software Development and Cybersecurity to US Defense Sector customers. He previously served as Executive Director with Advanced Systems Development, Senior Program Manager with InfoReliance, and Senior Program Manager with Northrop Grumman.
Joe’s community involvement includes serving as Past President for the Huntsville Margarita Society, President for the Huntsville InfraGard Chapter, Past President of the PMI-North Alabama Chapter and Past Region Mentor for PMI Region 14 covering the Southeastern US and Caribbean; Vice Chair for the NDIA Space & Missile Defense Working Group, and representing the city as a member of the Huntsville Rugby Club. He is an active member of the local chapters of the Association of the US Army (AUSA); Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA); Cyber Huntsville; and Huntsville Aerospace Marketing Association (HAMA).
A Marine Corps Veteran, he participated in operations in Desert Shield/Storm, Somalia, Bosnia (twice), Rwanda, Kosovo (twice), Horn of Africa and Iraq (twice) and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He currently manages the LinkedIn Veteran Mentor Network (VMN) and is a Lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). He holds an MS in Business Administration from Boston University; an MS in Strategic Intelligence from Joint Military Intelligence College; and a BA in Political Science from Duke University.
Mrs. Ashley Davenport, HR Manager/Facility Security Officer
Mrs. Davenport is a highly accomplished business management professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the HR Manager and Facility Security Officer for nLogic. A dual-certified leader, she is an active member of both the National Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Society of Industrial Security Professionals (NCMS). Mrs. Davenport has been recognized for her outstanding contributions throughout her career, including being selected as Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women and Most Valuable Employee nominee by her co-workers in the “Best Places to Work” awards. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Athens State University, where she was also a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society and awarded Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges.
Mr. Michael Feld, MBA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Feld has over 21 years of government contract accounting experience in services, engineering, and manufacturing. He worked as government contracting consultant assisting in software implementations, transitions, audits, ISO, and business process improvement.
Michael’s community involvement includes serving as presiding officer of Helion Lodge as well as secretary and presiding officer of several other local and state fraternal organizations. He is active with local charitable fundraising walks and events.
He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He received his MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
